When a computer stops working it’s often the loss of files and folders that’s most distressing.

If your computer breaks and you think you’ve lost your data, more than likely you haven’t. We will get you back on track and will recover your system, on-site, over 95% of the time.

Data can be recovered from Hard Drives, USB Pen Drives, Memory Sticks, SD Cards and just about any media that can store information.

Before you do anything though, switch off your PC. Leave it turned off. That way the ’empty’ space will not be used by the computer which can make data recovery difficult or impossible.

Do you do call-outs?

Yes we do, Here’s how it works:

You contact us:

First we will evaluate whether your problem can solved over the phone or by remote access. If not, an engineer will come to your premises usually within a few hours from when you first contact us.

If possible, will repair the computer at your location, but if the problem will take more than an hour to fix or if we need to examine the damage before we order parts then we will ask to take your machine to our workshop to be repaired.

Collection/delivery of your computer is free.

We Fix your computer:

Once in our workshop somebody begins repairing your computer immediately. We determine any parts that will be needed, seek your approval and update you on everything such as expected delivery.

We Return your PC:

As soon as we fix the computer we’ll arrange a time that suits you and deliver it. Payment made upon delivery and can be made with either Cash, Cheque. If you wish to pay by credit card, we can send you an e-invoice and you can pay online before delivery.

What are my repair options?

Remote Computer Connection

Provided you have a working internet connection we can talk you throughconnecting to our Remote Desktop software to quickly fix your machine. Remote repairs typically cost between €50, for Maintenance and Quick Fixes etc., to €75 for Advanced Repairs, Virus Removal, File Recovery etc.

Engineer Call Out

Our engineers experienced and qualified and will explain the issue in plain English.

Courier Collection and Delivery

We pick up on the day, we fix and deliver the next. Perfect for busy people and Laptop repairs. Courier collection and Delivery is free in North Dublin, Meath and Cavan.

How long will it take?

Most problems are repaired at your premises but some will require us to take your laptop to our workshop. If we take your computer away we will bring it back as soon as it’s ready. In most cases that’s the next day but could be longer if we need to order parts.
